All Indulgent Foods Are Not Created Equal: The Impact for Candy and Retailing

Increasing obesity rates in the U.S. are driving public policies that target high-calorie, high-sugar foods and beverages – and treat all such products as equals. Hank Cardello will discuss the impact of these findings for chocolate and candy manufacturers, retail partners and consumers and help attendees understand where we can go from here.
