In her role at Ferrara, Caroline Bader leads a collaborative and industry-leading category management organization that is proactively delivering thought leadership via trusted and actionable insights across non-chocolate, cookies, seasonal and fruit snacks to retail partners. Prior to joining Ferrara, Caroline spent 12 years at Mars Wrigley Confectionery, most recently as the director of the Category Leadership Center of Excellence, and spent time honing her analytical skills at IRI and Nielsen.
