Gina Peterson is the senior manager of retail experience at The Hershey Company, leading a team dedicated to identifying growth and optimization opportunities for Hershey’s retail partners. Her team navigates a process that optimizes how the company goes from insight to activation through opportunity assessment, development and activation. Gina has been with The Hershey Company for 11 years, holding a variety of roles across retail sales, category management and shopper insights.
