Laura Bergan has more than 20 years of marketing experience in the food and confectionery industries. In her current role, she is responsible for driving innovation and leading marketing initiatives that provide solutions to customers around consumer need states. During her time at Barry Callebaut, she has led the marketing team for the industrial business unit, and most recently, she served as Barry Callebaut’s director of innovation and specialties marketing, building marketing initiatives around value-added product solutions. She has substantial experience in leading dedicated cross-functional teams who are responsible for product launches, marketing plans and trade strategy.
